I was so impressed with the staff's attentiveness.. kadir and mustafa assisted us a lot. They even booked tourist attractions like the bosphorus tour. the location is awesome too. It made exploring so easy. my kids especially had a blast with all the activities.

the shower in my room wasn't working perfectly. despite reporting it, it didn't get fully fixed , a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It places you within easy walking distance of key sites. you can quickly reach the blue mosque and hagia sophia. access to the tram station is also quite convenient. This makes navigating the area simple.

The staff goes above and beyond to assist guests. They are courteous and always ready to help. kadir and eren at reception deserve special mention for their excellent service. the hotel owner is very kind. This makes for a cute atmosphere.

The location was acceptable, as it allowed relatively easy access to the main tourist areas.

The room was NOT what I expected. It was significantly smaller than it looked in photos. The bathroom lacked essential toiletries. I had to request them from the front desk, a process that took an unacceptable amount of time and effort. The shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between scalding and freezing during a single shower.
